Default I also suck at poker.

Last night I donked off 250BB making every single bad decision one can make at poker (except for the one about moving up in limits).

Sat down at tables with no advantage, didn't adjust my game to the play (which was primarily HU), didn't get up when it was even more clear that even if the luck evened out that I would have that much advantage, didn't get up after hitting my stop-loss, and wasn't even aware of just how much I was donking off until I quit for the night.

I played horribly, and I do this at least once a month. I've got to stop that from happening, this once-a-month-being-a-complete-retard nonsense. I fall into a automated click-click-click zone where I have absolutely no self-awareness at all and my only thoughts are of the insane beats I'm taking and how I need to make back what I've lost.

I'm better than this.

Just had to get that off my chest.
