Default is it possible to graph winning in omaha+nl together through PTracker?

hi,
i want to combine my winninggraphs, but it seems that pockertracker is only showing nl or! potlimitomaha graphs, but not combined in one graph through pokergrapher...is there a possibility to combine the graphs and not to choose which one should be displayed?

umm - obviously NO. They are 2 separate DB's that you select in PG.

Default Poker Grapher Status

I've kinda danced around this issue, but I feel I owe it to everyone to update them on my thoughts about Poker Grapher.

Here's the current status of Poker Grapher development.

As most of you are aware, Poker Tracker 3 (PT3) is already well into development. I have not seen any Alpha or Beta releases (so I have no inside info and my knowledge about what is coming is the same as yours from reading many forums posts here and elsewhere), but I understand that there will be many major improvements in PT.

Some reported improvements which will directly impact Poker Grapher are (but are not limited to) improvements to the DB structure (and perhaps even the mode of storing the data) and improvements to the graphing options available to the user. This is great news and will benefit all of us with improved performance and I anticipate advanced user-defined customization.

Poker Grapher is a program that was originally developed to compliment PT. It was not designed as a replacement for built-in PT graphing, but as an additional way for you to view your data. If fact, PT graphing has come quite a long way from its early versions and some might even argue that Poker Grapher is no longer needed.

I picked up the development of Poker Grapher as a way to contribute to the poker community. I had a skill, saw a need, and responded. And I continue to support Poker Grapher and enjoy doing so. And will continue to do so.

All of that said, I am waiting to see just what PT3 has to offer us. If after reviewing PT3 we still feel that there is a need to advance Poker Grapher, I am ready to resume coding. But given the (in my opinion) revolutionary advancements reported in PT3, I would like to wait and see what role Poker Grapher needs to fill.

I had already re-written literally thousands of lines of code to improve Poker Grapher and add additional functionality and improved performance, when we all learned that PT was undergoing a major upgrade. And I anticipate that much of my work will still be relevant and useful with PT3, but I am waiting to see.

So the bottom line is this... Poker Grapher development is currently on hiatus until I see what PT3 looks like. Once PT3 is in Beta, I'll decide where Poker Grapher needs to go. Of course, I will ask (or more like beg) for everyone's opinions. But to be really honest, I don't want to be currently coding away only to learn that I have to rip out a bunch of code because PT3 already does this, and this, and that, etc.

Thanks for understanding and thanks for being loyal Poker Grapher users.

I don't know about you, but I am very excited about PT3.

CB

No problemo. Razz away. I just didn't want everyone to think I had forgotten about Poker Grapher development.

Just have another question about poker grapher (and don't know where to ask elsewhere). I know it's probably a newbie question.

I would like to make a graph that really includes all the sites that i play on.
Poker Grapher only let me choose one site at a time because the nicknames are made site-specific by pokertracker or pokergrapher (i dont know which).
It's like this in the nicknamelist:
Playjoy(IPN) for the iPoker network
Playjoy(ABS) for Absolute
and so on...

Although poker grapher's interface clearly suggests that it is possible to combine, I have not been able to do so.
