SitNGo Wizard vs. SNGPT
Hi,
I've played 250 or so 6.50's turbos and looking to move up to take a shot at the 16 turbos on stars. I am looking to purchase either SitNGo Wizard or SNGPT to analyze and study hands. Which one do you guys feel is the better investment for improving my SNG play? Besides pokertracker, and either of the SNG software, is there any other essential software you guys recommend. |

Re: SitNGo Wizard vs. SNGPT
Most of the threads I read through search either recommend one or the other without making a distinction for the best one. Which one do most people feel they get the most value from?

Re: SitNGo Wizard vs. SNGPT
I'm pretty sure SNGWiz is just better because of more features, however its harder to use while playing which I have heard some people occasionally do after a hand with a set running when they have SNGPT. I only have SNGWiz fwiw.

Re: SitNGo Wizard vs. SNGPT
I've got sngpt, I really like it but wish it had some of the features that sngwiz has. Maybe sngwiz is harder to use but I usually don't have time to use it anyways in the heat of battle. One main difference between the 2 is with sngwiz you can punch in this scenario:
4 handed, button raises to 2xbb, you can punch in if you should shove your 10xbb stack. In sngpt it's either whether you should shove or call a shove. EDIT: For those that have sngwiz feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. |

Re: SitNGo Wizard vs. SNGPT
I got both and use both. If I had to use one, It would be SNGWIZ, cause of the quiz mode.

The HU Nash tutorial in SnGPT certainly pays for the entire program in a short period of time.
