Ok here's the deal - after seeing what Durron just posted I have a potential solution to the riddle that completely explains both the riddle itself and the nightkill last night. When I get my lunch break I will go through it all but the cliff notes answer

FCBL is Q and was telling the evils that he was going to avoid voting Clowntable who was Beverly AND that they should kill IY last night.

If this is right it would be about the sickest thing ever

it's certainly true that fcbl is the only obviously discernable name. plus he announced very early that he's a "minor village role".
