lol VOX has a date

So I have a date in 8 hours. Sunday brunch. Here are the particulars:

I've never eaten Sunday Brunch in Gainesville, so I don't know which places are any good -- I am going off reputation only.
I have a hard time picking out shirts and pants that go well together. My shoes are BALLA though.
I met her at a party, and have only interacted with this girl (sober) over Facebook. She likes a rock band I like; their lyrics often find their way into my status.
We were supposed to go tubing on one of the nearby rivers, but none of our friends signed up, and it's -EV to go into the woods with a friend of a friend of a friend.
I guess I will field other questions.

So, the riddle part of the program -- assign odds to the following:

VOX gets stood up

VOX gets hollandaise on his shirt (hint: one shirt I'm considering wearing is the color of that sauce)

VOX spends the rest of the day chatting up/hanging out/sleeping with her

Of course I'm eating Eggs Benedict. It's brunch. It's a law in Florida, I think.

The only question is if the chefs infuse the hollandaise with chili pepper or pesto or kimchee or some other nonsense. In which case my shirt gets stained.
