God I played so bad/tilted so hard yesterday. I don't think I folded to a single 3-bet or 4-bet. -19 buyins ouch.

After coming back this weekend after ten days off following a disastrous October I started strong winning 4k in 3k hands this weekend at .50/1 and 1/2. I am feeling better about my game now and confident I can grind my roll back up to were it was within three months with a bit of luck.
