That trend definitely needs to stop.

trip reports about every common things that aren't interesting should stop too.

"Yesterday, I went to the bathroom on the 6th floor. All the stalls were full, so I went to the 5th floor. It was empty. I did my business, and read a US Weekly some kind soul had left for me. I rate the 5th floor bathroom 4*s."

Agree, but Dids' Shirt should be encouraged to post trip reports.

People referring to Dave Mathews Band or to Dave Mathews as "Dave." You are not on a first name basis with him. This also applies for Jack Johnson, John Mayer, et al.

not really a trend but i wish the topics were, on the whole, a little deeper. i know there's a philosophy forum but im not smart enough for that. it seems like there's just a ton of girl threads and music threads and food threads and not a lot of substance.

if i want porn, i can get better porn than you can post here from a million other places on the internet.

debating music is nearly pointless because everybody has their own tastes and that's okay.

id rather eat food than talk about food.

i dont know, maybe im crazy.

Yeah I know I have a lot, but this one just came to mind:

People who get up at 6 am on St Patrick's Day to get wasted. I'm sure St. Patrick would really appreciate the way you are celebrating his life. I don't mind if people get drunk at 6 am, but using St Patrick as an excuse really annoys me. Why didn't you get up last Friday at 6 am to start drinking? Or any other Friday?

We need a few of these a week, as they amuse, but there are a little too many (a couple a day at least?), it seems.

This was the reason I did the 'Obvious Guide to Relationship' stuff, to try and catch the obvious ones, but it's not really helping out with this problem, is it...

i would find a thread about a OOT person going up to some girl, asking her out, and banging the hell out of her later that night much more amusing than a OOT person asking what to do when a girl looks at him. i feel we should have more of the former and less of the latter.
