It's not obligatory. It's stupid. If you want to post a picture of a hot chick, fine --- just don't include it in a poll about breakfast pastry preferences. So annoying.

NSFW pics should not act as an excuse for lame threads. NSFW pics should still act as an acceptable addition to marginal threads.

broken images in general suck. everybody just links from whatever site they find the image. it takes 5 seconds to host it somewhere else.
