My house is over $500K, but if my mortgage was subtracted I'd be in the $100K - $200K category.

well, the computer stuff is all relatively new, and I dont really know what depreciation would be on it, I have a really nice laptop, 3 20in dell lcds, a custom built 'puter, 4 gig ram, 2 500gig HD's, etc, plus I have a rack with 2 IBM Eservers I got of craigslist for testing stuff, bluetooth dongles, wireless routers, a ton of hubs/switches/routers, some CISCO routers, a CCNA kit basically a closet full of random stuff.

The depreciation doesn't really hit that stuff until technology passes it. Though storage is megacheap, so the HD's aren't worth much.

If you're more than one generation of CPUs behind, you're hosed. But your setup sounds like it's probably still good. Mine's just a AMD 2500XP based system I built around 3 years ago or so that still runs great, but isn't PCI-Express, isn't 64-bit, etc, etc.

Condo around $420k. Computers I have paid $6-7k for and they are less than a year old, but I still couldn't get much for them. Maybe $2k. Nintendo wii $500. TV, dvd player, cell phone, furniture, "art", maybe $2000. Clothes and sunglasses $1000. So around $426k

Not subtracting for mortgage is weird.

Let's just say you are planning on fleeing the country with all this money and defaulting on all your outstanding debts.
