Default Why is my thread locked?

Seriously, I didn't want to derail the 2nd Amendment thread with a discussion abou the Constitution in general. Just because the 2nd Amendment (and maybe the 10th) will focus the discussion, doesn't mean that a discussion about general constitutional interpretation belongs in the 2nd Amendment thread.

Someone's got an itchy trigger finger lately...

I don't agree with your political point of view very often but IMO you're one of the "brightest bulbs in the room" and I always think your posts are worthwhile reading. I agree with you totally on this i.e. that a discussion about general contitutional interpretation is worth it's own thread. I hope the mods unlock it and allow discussion about that topic in it's own right. I probably won't participate actively but I'm sure I'd learn a great deal by reading it.
