sry no HH at the moment but i believe it wen like this: he raises it 3xBB to 60 i choose to call w/ QJo.

flop Q-4-6 with 2 diamonds. i lead for 60, he raises it to 140, i call. turn is offsuit K, he bets 300 into ~400, i call. river is a black 2 and he instashoves after i check (about potsized bet). so the final board is Q-4-6-K-2 and the flush didn't get there.
