Default NLCASH 50NL - bluff or valuebet?

Stats don't say anything yet, this is the only reasonable pot we got in before;

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (2 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($50.75)
Hero ($49.50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $7</font>, Hero calls $5.

Flop: ($14) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $8.5</font>, Hero calls $8.50.

Turn: ($31) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $18</font>, BB folds.

Final Pot: $31

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
No showdown. Hero wins $31. </font>

So now I get this hand (funny enough 55 again):

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (2 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($53.30)
Hero ($59.70)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $7</font>, Hero calls $5.

Flop: ($14) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($14) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $9.5</font>, Hero calls $9.50.

River: ($33) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $18.5</font>, Hero ??

#1 fold flop.

#2 unless he's an idiot you don't beat a 2nd barrel, that's why raising turn &gt; calling, but again folding is better.

#1; not standard i agree but I think it's good to float once in a while

#2; yeh he was an idiot should've mentioned in OP but his postflop play was pretty poor.

It just seemed too much of a bluff to me for some reasons;
I'm 95% sure he would've bet flop with a 9 or Q, or AA/KK. After I call the turn, wtf could he be valuebetting the river with? I think he would just c/c JJ/TT but then again, he wouldve bet those hands on the flop (I think he wasn't THAT retarted).
I have to call 18.50 into 51.50 he has to bluffing &lt;40% of the time to make this a good call.

It's not hard to find a fold here but I think a call, given the read, would be slightly better here. I'd like to hear some more opinions though.
