Help Charity with Ocean's 13 and PokerStars

As part of the worldwide premier of Ocean's 13 in Cannes, the stars and producers of the movie (notably George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, and Jerry Weintraub) are focusing attention on the war torn region of Darfur and raising funds to assist the people of that area. PokerStars is proud to join in these efforts and have made a $1,000,000 donation to this charity.

We'd now like to invite all of our players to donate as well, and we are offering several ways to do so.

1) A special $10+$0 rebuy tournament on May 13 where all entry fees and rebuys and addons will be matched by PokerStars and then donated to the charity. In this tournament, the top 18 finishers will receive a DVD of the movie signed by the stars of the movie, and the top four finishers will receive an incredible package to go to Cannes and see the premiere of the movie. Those top four will receive two tickets to the movie, hotel accomodation, and $2,000 to assist with travel expenses.

2) A special $10+$0 rebuy tournament on May 27 where all entry fees and rebuys and addons will be matched by PokerStars and then donated to the charity. In this tournament, the top 18 finishers will receive a DVD of the movie signed by the stars of the movie, and the top four finishers will receive an incredible package to go to Los Angeles and see the USA premiere of the movie. Those top four will receive two tickets to the movie, hotel accomodation, and $2,000 to assist with travel expenses.

3) A special tournament on an upcoming date where all entry fees and rebuys and addons will be matched by PokerStars and then donated to the charity. In this tournament, the winner will receive a professional poker table baize, signed by all the film's stars.

4) Directly donate to the charity, by sending a real money transfer to the PokerStars account "NOOW" - this stands for "Not On Our Watch", the name of the charity organizing this event. When you make the transfer, the city listed will be "Charity Donation".
