Default SnGPT ? KQs 4-handed

Hello all,

I was playing around with SnGPT. I set blinds at 200/400,
and the 4ppl bubble.

UTG 2200
Button 6000
SB 2500
BB 2200

UTG has KQs

SnGPT $EV says this is a clear fold -1.1%
SnGPT cEV says this is a clear push +1.4%

I know that I push this close to 100% of the time in this spot...is this a big leak? It also says to fold all pairs lower than 66. and any ace lower than A9s.

Should I be playing the bubble ubertight as a middle stack even with those big blinds, especially from UTG?
Meanwhile I should push 23o from the SB and keep folding KQs, 55 and A9 from UTG?

I usually play like a maniac on the bubble, especially when I'm CL or CL has folded, constantly pushing preflop.

Whether it's a push or fold is heavily dependent upon the calling ranges of the other players. I would expect KQ to be a clear push against reasonable calling ranges here.

I push this 100% of the time. Likely your calling ranges are off.

True, I had all calling ranges set to (4) 22+, A2s+, etc.

When I move it over just 1 range to (3) 44+, A7s+, etc.
it becomes an easy push.

Thanx.

I don't see a lot of tables where a short stacked big blind, a short stacked small blind, and a big stacked button all have the same calling range. Also, I don't see too many tables where everyone's calling range is a SNGPT preset.

You need to learn how, and then take the time to use this software properly before you start costing yourself money by doing something that SNGPT "told you to do."

Quick Question:
In a case where cEV and $EV differ in advice, which EV should hold more weight?

$EV. There's an ICM post in the FAQ you should probably take a look at.

depends

typical 16 players will not fold an A or pair in the blinds if they think you are pushing wide.
