Default 6/12 LO8 live - good check raise on flop? fold turn?

Hey guys new to the forum, trying to learn the game. This is 6/12 O8 with a full kill. The kill is in play on this hand. BB in hand is loose PF but plays alright after, and Button is pretty straightforward, raises a little more than usual but is TAG.

3 limpers button raises, I have A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], I call, BB calls , limpers call. 6 to the flop.

2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (12 SB)

Checked to button, he bets, I raise, BB coldcalls, button 3-bets(1st 3-bet on flop in 2 hours I've been at the table), call, call

Turn: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (10.5 BB)

I check now BB bets, and button calls, I fold?

I'd have check-folded the flop. 6 handed there is really no way your bottom 2 pair is good for anything.

As played after your check-raise, I'd call the 3 bet and dump it on the turn just as you did.

Agree with jesse8888. Bottom two pair is weak to begin with, and here you have no way to improve that won't make a stronger hand for someone else. Check/fold flop, or you can fold to the 3-bet if you do go for the c/r.

insta-muck. you got nothing but trouble out of this hand and lots and lots of lost money down the road (starting on the turn).

What if I put button on AA2, A23,or AA3 from his preflop raise that would continuation bet. Could checkraise possibly be good then? Obviously when he 3 bets I'm in trouble, but I'm talking about before that

Basically I want to know if I think I'm ahead of a continuation bettor but have no strong draws can I raise with 4 other people to act who haven't shown aggression at all?

No. Not even close. Bottom two pair is something you might raise if you're HU against an aggressive player. Not here, ever.
