Rebuy rule last hand before break?

Can't get an answer from stars so far.

Lets say the tournament had unlimited rebuys till the first break and 1 addon at the break.

Now let's say I'm in the very last hand until the end before the break and by the end of the hand I'm at 1440 in chips (tourney starting was 1500).

Am I able to rebuy before the tournament goes on break and then addon at the break?

OR, do I get the shaft for being involved in the last hand and miss out being able to rebuy?

I've made suggestions in ask lee jones threads and other places that you be able to rebuy / add on to the minimum of a double buy in and an add on (5k) to no avail.

but it would only happen to the absolute last hand.

he means if you have 1540. so you can't rebuy b/c you're over 1500. and yes, it could only happen on the last hand b/c on the second to the last hand if you had 1540 you could dump the 40 chips by calling / folding to get below 1500 so you could rebuy during the break.

No he means if he has <1500 and he is the last hand before break. Everyone else has to wait around and can rebuy, but the very LAST hand to complete doesn't have this opportunity.

Thus, if you go busto on the VERY last hand, you can only have 1500 going into the add-on.

Should there not be some sort of time bank added of maybe 1-2 mins for rebuys after on the last before the break begins?

Are there no sites that have this already?
