Weight: 185 (probably due to beer binge last weekend)

Squat: 195
Bench: 130
DL: 265
MP: 105
PR: 130

Think I'm going to take a week off then start Madcow's 5x5

Overall Progress on starting strength:

+16 lbs
Squat +80 lbs
Bench +25 lbs
DL +150 lbs
MP: +10 lbs
PR: +35 lbs

Estimated 1RM:

Squat: 219
Bench: 146
DL: 298, though I bet its more
MP: 118
PR: 146

Appearance:

lost some definition in my abs. If I dropped 10 lbs I'd probably have a 6 pack. im probably just gonna bulk until spring break while still staying pretty lean.

I'm jealous. I'm roughly in the same ballpark on these lifts but my deadlift still lags. Good work!

Congrats on the weights. But why not stick with a program for more than a couple of weeks?

I did Ripptoes for like 2.5 months, 5x5 for 1.5 months, then the hypertrophy program for 2.5 months. The hypertrophy program was higher volume so i figured i should mix it up. I might do a body part split soon. I believe in changing up to prevent your body from adjusting, makes sense to me. As long as I'm progressing on the big lifts and gaining weight.
