Gym and Uni
Is it possible? I really want to lose some weight and put on alot of muscle over the next year, but im currently at uni where I am drinking (lots) about an average of 3-4 times a week. Is there any point in even going to the gym trying to lose weight?
i know its better than nothing, but what results should i be expecting? |

I lost a good amount of weight in college playing ultimate frisbee and drinking at least 3-4 times a week. I was exercising on average more than once a day though. Practice, pickup basketball, IM sports, lifting, track workouts, etc. Ultimate tournaments were pretty brutal too; there's no way I could eat enough to compensate for all the calories I'd burn in a weekend.
