WJC: Gore/Obama very likely

For those of you praying for the Gore/Obama ticket:

"On Wednesday, the New York Post reported Bill Clinton saying that Al Gore will announce his candidacy at the right moment. He also says that Gore is likely to choose Barack Obama as his running mate."

How could anyone vote for Gore? If he ran he'd be proving himself a liar and that's reason enough to vote against him by itself.

I've seen support on this board for him and that ticket specifically. I personally support Ron Paul.

What are you referring to? I don't think Gore has ever definitively said he wasn't going to run for president.

I've heard this rumor as well in a couple places, but as far as I know it isn't much more than wishful thinking with respect to the VP selection.

But this is probably the only ticket that could potentially dislodge me from my support of John Edwards.
