Default The Miracle of the Sun

I forgot to post it last weekend, but October 13th was the 90th anniversary of The Miracle of the Sun

This miracle is significant since God (through the Blessed Virgin Mary to the children at Fatima) promised and delivered a supernatural event at a specific date and time in front of close to 100,000 witnesses...something unprecedented in modern history.

Given that individuals can usually only see God through the dark manner of Faith (w/the rare exception of certain mystics), this event is just about as close to a "testable" miracle that a believer can produce. It is untenable to suggest that 3 small children could exactly predict the date and time of a localized extraordinary solar phenomenon in front of 100,000 witnesses without the help of God or David Copperfield. Since modern, illusion inducing technology was unavailable 90 years ago, our explanation for this event is rightly narrowed down to Divine action...and not to three uneducated kids making the largest correct luckbox prediction in human history.
