i think this is fine, he will have a hard time calling 40 with most of his flop calling range which is like 8x and 55,77kinda stuff, if he has like TT or JJ he may look you up but meh

i wouldn't do this every time, but often i like it

if you are second barelling, then bet flop and turn. or bet turn and river. bet flop, check turn, bet river is the worst 2 barrel option imho.

You have some showdown value here, having the highest-no pair hand; but I don't know how often villain will be having some AJ kind of hand and how often a low/medium PP. I'd say $35 works just as well but don't know if villain agrees [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
