Completely lost w/combo draw in multiway pot

I've lost the HH for this one but i think what i remember is pretty accurate:

UTG+1 doesn't open many pots preflop but 3bets a lot, and will makes moves/float postflop, but doesn't pick his spots brilliantly. He's about 34/16.

The rest of the table is unknown and i'm brand new to the table.

SB is pretty bad and passive but i haven't played with him a lot, no real reads.

Hero [UTG]: $100
UTG+1: ~$100
SB: ~$66

Hero has 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $4. UTG+1 calls. Co folds. BTN Calls. SB calls. BB calls.

Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($20)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $17. UTG+1 calls. BTN folds, SB shoves for $58. Hero shoves......

uuuugh your hand isn't that strong. If you would have like AhJh this would be fine but I'd play this draw passively most of the time because there are so many players in the pot and you will get a free turn very often.

looks ok, cleans up some of your outs against utg and if he calls you probably have 12 outs

We're not cleaning any outs. We should just call the raise and hope UTG calls. If we miss the turn we check and hope for a free card.

Certainly behind but 12 outs gives you about the right odds - as long as UTG+1 doesn't call with a better flush draw - that seems to be the problem to me.

I would just call the raise and hope others come along for the ride. I dont think a cbet here is appropriate here also.
