His problem has been decision making. Its not as though all of the sudden the league has adjusted to what has all along been a weak arm. brett

NFL Countdown said that Mangini talked to Penny and said that he is on a short leash, meaning a couple of mistakes could make him sit for good.
Rudi Johnson is out, so maybe we'll have some success on defense

Oh, yeah, wasn't responding to you specifically, just pointing out that Chad's arm has little to do with his bad play of late .
Top 7 is prob a stretch, Maybe top 12ish.
