Default Moving to Las Vegas Strip High Rise...Possible 2+2 roommate?

Name of the place is Panorama Towers, which is directly behind the Bellagio. Link
[*] 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath[*] 22nd Floor [*] Direct Strip View[*] 1200 sq. ft.[*] Terrace[*] Valet parking, spa, gym...etc

I thought it might be fun to have a cool 2+2 roommate. The rent would be $1250 each per month, if I get a roommate.

Residents include Pamela Anderson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz among others

Can you only imagine how much fun this would be

Check out this View!

PM me if you're interested

Rick

Did you buy or rent? If you are renting, where did you find the listing (if it was an open listing). When does the building open for residents?

For accuracy your not living on the strip, but its probably better than living on the strip so your one up on anyone who does (like me). Also don't truly believe the residents list - they are likely all speculators or its their in-town pied a terre.

It's to rent and has already opened.

My parents do real estate and I found it through them.

If you can find some MLS numbers, I'd greatly appreciate it. I live in one of the high rises that it competes with, my views are amazing - you will love it. Surprisingly its very affordable if you come from a big city like i do, its much cheaper than living in NYC. How many rooms/sq feet?

that's actually not a terrible idea if you have the money to spare. set up some mediocre furniture, and rent it out to 2+2ers on a weekly basis for like $400...i'd stay there for sure.

What's the condo fee at Panorama? I asked the pretty ladies at the Panorama display outside the WSOP 1.5 years ago and I was shocked at the answer, but now I don't remember it fersure. I think it was either $0.75/sqft/month or $1.25/sqft/month. Either way, just the condo fee for a 1200sqft place was really high. So $2500/mo total for that place sounds like a good deal to me.
