villain is about 22/18 on two of my tables

I'd bet the flop very frequently.
On the river I don't see many hands you are representing except a nine maybe. Well you get him to fold any whiffed draw which will be a big part of his range. But you would have accomplished the same by betting less.

I don't like it, you represent very little other than a 9, and even some of them may bet the flop

I dont know what you are representing that wants to raise that turn that doesnt want to bet the flop.

Don't post results, obviously.

I like this, though. Having position is good. The fact you raise the turn and make the pot big is good. I think your line looks a lot like a 9. And the only draw that arrived on the river is 78, and mostly villains can't help but donk if they hit at these stakes. So even if no one else does, I give you kudos for the hand.

A 9 should bet this flop, esp if pf raiser with position in 3 way pot, when checked to 3 times. So I dont think it looks like a 9 at all.

I don't bet a 9 on this flop anywhere near 100% of the time, personally.

I would bet the flop with 9x. I would bet it with J8s too.

Don't raise the turn.
