If you're not a gimmick, move down to 1/2, use bankroll management, learn to play good poker, stop this "rigged" [censored], and either learn to accept that people call with flushdraws or quit poker forever.

Shut yer cakehole.

Here's the graph :

The downturn in the graph at $3200 was when I slowplayed Aces against an aggresive player. I was in front until the river. Should have bet the turn.

The other downturn around $5100 was when I decided to gamble on an open ended straight draw. I also had a backdoor flush draw so figured I'd have a go against a smaller stacked player.

Well, I had $8000 at my high point. Then I went to -$10000. I switched from 5/10 to 2/4 so prob. went down 12 buy ins in total or of course, 10 buy ins at the 5/10.

Now I'm +5 buy ins.

I do realise I need $20K to play 5/10 properly, so my $5K is somewhat short.

But then I hear contradictory advice saying 3 buyins is OK for recreational player and 10 buy ins for a pro.

I found too many donks at 2/4 who would gamble and out draw me. I've had better results at the 5/10. I prefer the tighter play at the 5/10.

2/4 seems to attract donks with $100 or so who just want to move all in.

1/2 was a nightmare, people just throwing their stacks away on draws and hitting.

I refuse to play anywhere where there is a total disrespect for pot odds. Therefore my bets are futile.

Do you realize that the reason you say you dont like 2/4 and 1/2 is the reason that good players make money?

2/4 maybe on a good day, but never 1/2. And definitely never never 0.5/1.

I'm not much of a multi-tabler, so 5/10 probably suits my style better than playing 6 tables of 2/4 or 12 tables of 1/2.

My best results have been at the 5/10. At the other limits I've had no decent results. Maybe I prefer the psyche of 5/10 to the donkness of 1/2.
