someone that has been identified as a scammer who is a micro limit player makes a $100 bet and then refuses to escrow with the mod of the forum who others have trusted with $1000s of dollars. he was never going to pay if he lost.

edit: yeah and thats the other thing, bones gave him another chance to pay his side of the bet when phwap had like 2BBs left and he STILL wouldnt ship it. he was just trying to freeroll on a $150 bet.
