Default 2/4 NL, River Value Bet gets CRAI

Villian is a regular TAG, 19/17ish

all is going well until the river.
is this a clear river value bet? I thought so...then CRAI

do i call?

I have 2k hands with this guy,

I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in terms of how he played draws/sets.

yeah...strange huh? hard to put him on a hand

I fold here. CO could have any number of hands such as KJ, two pair, or a set.
However... he could think you were on a flush draw with no pair and be making a move.
Tough Hand.
50/50 situation unless you have a strong read?

Bet bigger on the river and you won't have this problem.. your bet size was inviting this to happen.
