Only raised the river.

His Went To SD % is around 30%.

Given the apparent passivity of this opponent, this seems like a pretty standard check/fold.

Checkfold. That's an awful river, he might even find a fold with Q5. It'll be pretty hard for him to summon up the courage to bluff, besides air doesn't make up much of his range anyway.

Hand 2, yeah, that's a good bet/folding instance. You still hold top pair, the board is less scary, and there's a much wider range of (worse) hands which he's likely to call with.
