Default QTs straight, scary river.

Villain has only played about 20 hands so far. With about 50/12 stats.

He played few hands quite aggressively before. Unfortunately I wasn't paying much attention.

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is MP2 with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 folds, Hero raises, 3 folds, SB calls, BB folds, UTG+2 calls.

From his stats I thought he was probably a loose player so I decided to raise to isolate.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (7SB, 3 players)
SB checks, UTG+2 bets, Hero raises, SB folds, UTG+2 calls.

I'm raising for a free card here. Probably not very smart against aggro villain and with this flop?

Turn: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5.5BB, 2 players)
UTG+2 bets, Hero raises, UTG+2 3-bets, Hero caps, UTG+2 calls.

No free card, but there's my money card.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (13.5BB, 2 players)
UTG+2 bets, Hero ????

Is the river card too scary to raise?

against a complete idiot, I raise/call. He's likely to have K9(9) or KJ(9) moreso than a set {44(1),99(3),JJ(3 - unlikely)}. So 18 combos of 2 pair compared to 7 of sets. Or even QT(9).

Edit to add, a flush really doesn't seem likely to me unless he's just that much of an idiot.

This was my first thought, too. Exactly the same hand, Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Online poker is rigged.

Yes it looks like a big possibility. But that wasn't the case here. It was (in white): Overplayed AA, so calling was probably correct without a better read.
