This morning, I weigh 214.5 on my scale.

I resolve to lose 30 lbs. in the next 3 months.

I will be 90Kg by the start of the WSOP 2007 in June.

I've lost up to 30# in 6-8 weeks, on the Atkins diet, but always fall off the wagon in 2-3 months, from pizza withdrawal.

going to start some weight lifting, daily walks, byetta, virtually eliminate non-diet drinks, and deserts, and work on portion control.
