I check behind on turn, river bricks off for a 2c. Villain tanks for a bit then fires 2k into pot. I call, he flips over JhJc. I scoop. With me checking behind on turn it allowed me to control the pot and have a worse hand value bet into me. SCOOOOOOOOOOOP

you missed a lot of value. if you had bet at least 2500 on the flop you could still check turn behind and call a river bet or value bet if checked to. then you get the rest in on the river.

think u mighta made some mistake, you have the 2c as a card on the flop and river.

Yes, but your turn check also gives him a free shot at the heart flush. Does the rvier value outweigh it in the long run?

Why do people reverse analyze a hand after the results are posted. Nobody has come up with anything to refute the points I made earlier in this thread.

No, with you checking the turn you LOSE control of the hand. Had he fired a bigger bet on the river you are not as sure where you are at given your turn action.
