There are just not enough 2 pair hands he can have. The only thing I can see you beat is like 54s that doesn't know what to do and some occasionnal A5ish hands. I think you're in bad shape, fold.

To me it looks like he's semibluff shoving over your weak turn bet.

Yeah, this is why I thought this hand was tough. Is the turn bet sizing OK, or should I bet more? If he still raises a larger bet, do I fold or am I commited:?

uhh what semibluffs can he have? if hes not raisng the flop with 56s then hes prob not raising the turn with it either. the average donk is way more likely to bluff the flop than the turn
looks like a pretty standard fold to me
