awesome opportunity. reminds me of project Hollywood in the Game. except this is project Texas. I would jump on this if I didnt already have a baller crib here in Little Rock.

Joe,

You should keep one room open and rent it out either monthly or bi-monthly (for more than you would ask for if someone committed to a year, obviously).

If you did this I'm sure you wouldn't have any trouble filling that room and I know I'd probably be up for spending some time there.

I live in Dallas right now, but Austin is just unbelievable.

Also, semi-related, can I crash there during ACL?

edit: And I'm not crazy and I'm sure there are people you know who would vouch for me.

avg age of probably like 28, huge arts/music scene, visually pleasing, rated the #1 place to live by every publication over the last couple years...
