Default Reverse Implied Odds

Trying to figure out if this is a situation where I have Reverse Implied Odds and should let it go.....

MP2 has TAGish stats.....roughly 15/7/5 over a small sample size......

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls, 1 fold, MP2 raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls.

Flop: (11 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, UTG+2 bets, MP2 raises, Hero.........

Is it worth it to call this down?

let it go.
and yes, I'd say it's an RIO situation

When you don't 3-bet preflop, you have to take the info you're given on the flop
It could get expensive to see the turn, much less the river, with few good cards in deck, if any,

calling down is your worst option.

fold > 3bet >>>>>>> call.

and yes, i think this is a legitimate RIO situation.

A bad players question?

Hero has TPGK. Why fold? Because it will cost you many bets and pot is small?

What would both Villains have, maybe trip kings? I guess I am a poor player since I would bet my TP...see what happens on the Turn.

RIO in a nutshell means we are so likely to get outdrawn, in this case by the flush, and it is going to be so expensive to get to a show down that we are better off folding.

Yes, flushes don't always happen but we aren't going to win enough when it doesn't to make up for the times it does, besides the fact that we could be drawing nearly dead already.

Super, so we are folding because we won't win enough bets the time TP holds up to make up for the times we lose to the flush since it will take many bets just to get to SD...Thanks, makes sense to me...I will try to apply this which should help me save bets.

Pot is not small. It's pretty big
Both players cannot have trips (or set of Kings)

I'd let it go (or at least would suggest a player I don't know how well he plays, to let it go) because we almost surely are behind and with AK on flop are drawing dead a decent amount, and have weak outs, when we do. Oh, and spades suck.

I think you can misinterpret this.
The fact we almost never have the best hand right now AND the pot is getting pumped, Trumps the fact a Flush Draw will hit 35% of the time.

the combination of likely being behind and decent chance of being outdrawn..and cost a ton to find out...and lack of visibility... we can go on.
