How do different prima sites get paid?

I was wondering how each site gets paid, I've been playing on prima for a while without getting rakeback, were the prima rooms I was playing at getting over 65% of my rake?

the independent sites get up to 80% rake...maybe a bit more, but they pay a large monthly fee, and have their own cashiers. some of the subsites get 50 to 60% rake and don't have the monthly maintenance fees.
