Default Fold to river bet, leak?

Some of my stats:
sample size 110k 5/10 and 10/20
1.0 bb/100

30/20/2.3
on streets
2.8/2.3/1.8

steal 37%, defend bb 50%
wtsd 35%
wonatsd 55%

my fold to river bet is 40 %, much higher than most. Is this way too high?
I check behind the turn more often than most and call the river if no draws get there. Maybe this is a leak.

I raise AdKd in hijack, BB calls

flop 8s9sJh
he check/calls

turn 2c
i usually check behind and fold river to a 7, T, Q or an non A or K spade. Reads are important, but I very rarely bet/call down.

People won't bluff enough here to bet/call down. They will also peel flops too much to check through. They also know you will call river bets super loose so they will take you to value town too easily.

--> Bet turn, fold to raise, check behind river.

yeah i pretty much always bet here folding to a raise and ck behind . BB could have alot of worse drawing hands Qx Tx spades to get value from and occasionally u can fold out a weak pair of 8s or 9s or an underpair if it didnt fold the flop.

There are alot of reasons not to often ck behind and put urself in these ambiguous -EV spots of deciding when to fold which rivers. Mainly as miles says u get killed by valuebets since K8 is betting a blank river everytime u check behind on the turn. U probably have to do it less and balance it with more spots where u feel pretty darn good calling a river bet after u ck the turn (sometimes that includes just A hi but this board isnt the place to do it).
