btw, if there are any KU fans in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area, there will KU fans watching the game at Gabes off of Lexington Ave. in St. Paul.

I dunno if there are any LA people in this thread, but I was planning to watch the game at the Whaler in Venice. It's a big Chiefs bar, so I'm assuming there has to be a fun contingent there to watch this game.

It’s live, on NASN (North American Sports Network), a subscription outfit based in Scotland, via Sky dish (UK), in Ireland, at 1 AM Sunday. Repeated at 2 PM here Sunday.
As are both my schools at Allen Field House 24 hours later -- KU v Arizona. Another terrific match-up. As will be the Big XII championship, live, should it prove to be of interest. So they’ll be at least one bleary-eyed, ale-stained Jayhawk up in County Cork. Rock Chalk! (How brilliant was it that the Chiefs marketing department made this two-year series part of their own season ticket offering? No matter what the result, and no matter what the 2008 season might yield, next year’s event will be a not-to-be-missed, tough-ticket revenge match; a pretty tasty bonus for desperate, dog-assed Chiefs die-hards and real value for money.)

Obv KU has to take care of business, but this LSU game is a win-win situation for em. Either a) LSU loses, KU becomes #1 with a win, and/or b) LSU's team strength of defense is getting exposed as not all that good. KU should be confident to run up the score on em in championship game. Granted, I'm looking WAY ahead, but just a thought.
