Default 1/2 AQ

Button is running around 30/10 or something like this, I didn't see him get of line yet but he is definitely not passive. What's his range here that I beat?

in a 1/2 game for what is essentially 100bb i push this every time. he could easily have KQ (or even a worse Q if he is 30/10), a FD or air.

you cant always assume the worst in situations like this without good reason to do so. if he has KK or AA or flopped a set then so be it. i dont think its spew at this level and in this situation to push here though

I disagree, button called a $30 preflop raise cold, have we seen him do this before. We are 150BB's deep, the only draw I see possible that is calling that preflop raise cold is AK of clubs. This is a slow played AA, KK or QQ quite often.

This is almost never KQ or air.

effective stacks are not 150bb's. they're less than 120.

you're right that its almost never KQ or air but i think its still a hard fold, mostly because of the flush draw out there. maybe i'm way off. is this a standard fold for everyone else?

hmm, i think perhaps it is an easier fold than i first thought. just seems really nitty though for a 1/2 game getting 3/1 or close enough to it.
