Ideal Aggression Factor for full ring game

I hardly ever post on here, but I like the fact that Full Ring has it's own forum so I think I may just have to change that.

A little backround, I play 2/4nl FR on FTP and Stars, and am a winning player 9 tabling. I prefer that my SN's remain a secret at least for the time being.....

So my AF stats are as follows and I owuld like some imput as to what other's are and if you feel mine are out of line:
Pre-Flop 1.7
Flop 8.5
Turn 4.3
River 2.4
Total Post flop 6.0

Total 2.3

Any thoughts/imput would be appreciated.

How do those numbers average to less that 3? seems wrong to me

cuz hes using PF number in his calculation. which skews the number big time
