Default Re: EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)where did you use your cards?

I bought a new desk at a store that was out of stock and to get it ship... I used my epassporte card... [censored] happened where it didn't get delievered (the used the wrong address) so they are suppose to be doing a chargeback to my card... Anyone have any experience doing this? The amount isn't significant (less then $200) but I'm just curious how long this will take for it to get reversed, and how much pressure (if any) I'm going to have to put on eppassporte to get my back in my account...

[/ QUOTE ]
If a store denies the card, you either have to have the store fax a form to epass or wait 30 days to have the charges reversed. I would assume that it is probably a similar situation for your circumstances.

Default Re: The official EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)

The last several weeks have been riddled with Epassporte issues as we have all been reading.

For U.S. players, how have cashouts from Epassporte to US Banks been working over the last several days? Should we continue to use EP, or is it getting too risky and time to use check-by-mail? From my perspective, whenever a business built around financial transactions cannot make a financial "payment", that's an immediate red flag to me. This should never happen.

Any advice appreciated, but looking mainly for experience over the last day or two. Thanks in advance.

I used a debit card with no problems.

Thanks, but that wasn't my question.

Did you set it up as a load option by selecting "credit card" or "bank account"

And my 2nd Q was wether it counts as a second loading mechanism if your bank account is already loaded.

AAAAHHHHHH! How in the hell do they keep screwing up! It is seriously mind-blowing. I just received this message from ePass.

"Thank you for your cooperation. We have received the verification
documents you've sent however, they were incomplete. Please understand
that ePassporte will be unable to complete the verification process until
we receive all required verification documents.

Listed below are the documents that were not included from the set of
verification documents you've so far sent us.

A legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
A copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card most recently used
to load funds to your ePassporte account
A copy of the most recent statement of the credit/debit card used to load
funds to your ePassporte account, or a copy of a utility bill if you do
not have a copy of the credit/debit card statement"

I SENT EVERYTHING ON THAT LIST!!!!!!!!!!!

This is ridiculous. Their CS is sooooo bad.

I have a quick question.. Hope someone can help me so I don't have to read thru 60 pages or even worse, wait on a reply from fulltilt.

I made my first deposit w/ Epassporte to Fulltilt, only so I could cashout my funds. Can I cashout 10 mins later or is a wait required/recomended.

I did about 200 hands of cover play, but i'm not sure if it's completely necessary or not. If you're withdrawling a large amount, i'd play a little just to be safe.

So does anyone have a list of sites that the Virtual Visa will work on? Or is there at least some way of noticing? I've seen people say that it fails the automated authentication process, but are there certain sites that don't run it?

FWIW I'm mainly looking for stores that sell electronics. I've heard Amazon won't work, any word on Newegg?

I don't know about Amazon, but newegg failed for me. They let me know that they wouldn't take it because it wasn't based out of the US and A. Someone earlier in the thread said it worked fine for them on Dell.

Update on limit increase: Still waiting...
