My favorite cliche is how some dude always gets kicked through a window 20 stories up and somehow lands in a dumpster sideways without getting hurt. I love it when they mix it up a a bit and have the guy fall into a pile of rusted, non-impact resistant gas cans.

I can tolerate the sneak attack to render the bad guy unconscious. I really hate when there's a group fight scene (where the bad guys just pour onto the good guys, but keep getting their asses kicked) and people get punched once in the face and just fall over and don't get up. It's sort of the same thing, but given that our hero is outnumbered 50:1 every time, it's more annoying to me.
