Default Online gambling ILLLEGAL in Nevada???

How come the states with specfic legislation making online gambling illegal tend to be the states where gambling is legal? Nevada, Louisiana, Michigan, Washington. Isn't this just hypocrisy? Isn't this just blatant protectionism? Do I have to vote against casinos in my state to ensure I will be able to continue to play poker online? This is ridiculous. These state politicians should be forced to defend these contradictory laws. The PPA should be asking questions.
