Default Opening with 22-99

So we wake up with a hand like 77. Is it sharp play to make a standard 4BB + limpers raise?

How does position affect this? I've been raising pretty much anything above 66 from any position, and anything 44 or above from the button. How does this feel?

Do we limp in with people ahead of us?
