Default Blind Steal/Defence (2 Hands)

2 quick boring hands relating to blind steal/defence.

Party Poker
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $2/$4
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
3 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4.5SB, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets</font>, BB calls.

Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3.25BB, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises</font>, <font color="green">Hero?</font>

What line on the turn would you take if:

a) BB is LPP - Hero? (this one is a bit rhetorical!)
b) BB is TAG - Hero?
c) BB is LAGtard - Hero?

Also I was curious to the hand below, is this standard even against an unknown?

Villain: Unknown

Party Poker
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $2/$4
5 players

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises</font>, SB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4.5SB, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>

If I have over 100 hands on a LPP and know he definitely is, then I fold the turn. Other than that I call down both a TAG &amp; LAG as well as any LPP that I am unsure of.

As for your 2nd hand, I like how you played it just calling preflop and check raising the flop against an unknown.

{grunch}

1a) Probably fold. They hit their 5-outer; LPPs don't bet unmade hands.
1b) 3-bet. TAG likely 3-bets to defend with AQ; could be A5, but I don't think a TAG calls the flop getting 5.5:1 on a 9:1 draw. Fold to cap?
1c) Call down. WA/WB.

2) Yeah, IMO.

Hand 1:

a) LPP I'm folding
b) I'm raising. He could have a pocket pair, a 9, or a smaller Q. I'm not giving him credit for a 5.
c) Same as B, except I'd probably cap here if he gets stupid and 3-bets. Against the tag I'd be calling down in that situation.

Hand 2: A check/raise seems good here to me.
