Default KK very deep. Pay off river? 1/2

Villain is 38/18/1.2 over 250ish. Think I played this well up to river.. Do I have to call this, even with his low AF? Kinda put him on spades or TT/JJ.
See the latter enough here to call?

I think you should reraise more preflop, unless you are reraising him often (which you should be doing). I call this river, he has to have AsKs or AA to be beating you (depending on your 3 betting history with him.. It is vital for this hand), and he is probably value betting KK/QQ/JJ here. Do you have any reads except for stats? How loose does he bet? Doesn't he know what bets mean? Does he understand pot control?

Should have mentioned reads in OP, my bad...
Villain and I have a lot of history this session, (even though this hand came earlier on). He calls my 3bets ip and oop light with hands like 78s, 55, 44, even k3s once so he could have any suited spades here. I have been 3betting him a lot partly because I've been getting a lot of hands.

I dont like this line as
1)villain could have us drawing thin
2) we're very deep and don't think my hand can stand that much heat on this board
3) we induce a bluff from him on river, which is the main reason I think I have to call here (turn check induces bluff so I should call it on this safe river no?)

Curious why you think this. Seems like a good spot to check behind and [censored] spot to get c/r'd.

As played I think we can call the river getting like 3:1...prob find a fold if he bets more.

If villain c/ced a 3/4 pot bet with a flush draw on the flop, god bless him
If villain c/ced a 3/4 pot bet deep on a drawy board with a set or 2pair, god bless him.

There's no way I check this turn. If he's got spades we have a bunch of outs. He's been calling your 3bets light, yes, but he did raise UTG and then you 3bet his UTG raise so his range probably isn't quite as wide as you lead on.

Bet/call turn all day.

If we bet this turn say.. 110 into 145? what if we get c/raised to $260 say? there'll be a pot of about $515 we have $150 to call with a total of about $375 behind.. now I hate this spot and if he has Axs which he well could then we have 4 outs.. Being so deep does this not make checking behind turn a better play?

Must bet turn, as you said looks like a block/value river bet with 1010/99 i get the feeling that if we were beat by a boat he would maybe try a c/r to max value at this depth.

54, 43, 76 + two suited - as you said all in his range beats us, i think it's a fold, on turn he wanted to c/r you and river is a value bet
