Ok, there are 24 players. Each has 5 points to start the round. ANYONE can post "move a point from player X to player Y" at any point, max of one per 24 hour period (day runs from 4pm eastern to 3:59 eastern).

At any point that someone is down to 0 points, they are eliminated from the game. At that point, whomever has the most points is also removed (along with their points) and they will play in the next round. Round continues until half the players are eliminated and the other half have advanced. Then we move onto next round etc etc.

Anyone can move points once per day, whether they are a current player, an eliminated player, an advanced player or a non-player. The only rule is that you can't move points from/to yourself.
