Default JJ, WTF is this?

Villain is like 13/10 and aggro, over the 70 hands we've played together at the table.

I just can't think of a single plausible hand for him to have here. He's pretty tight, so at first I was thinking he had a set. But that makes his turn raise peculiar. Check minraise on the turn is about as strong a line as one could take, why push me off my hand if he just filled up?

And if he had a straight, wouldn't he raise the flop, or lead the turn, or c/r more $ to protect his now more vulnerable hand.

I can't even think of a range to put this guy on. HELP!

I play AP .5/1.

I haven't been profitable at this limit yet, but the Baluga Theorum seems to apply often at AP .5/1. I hate to do it but I fold. He's got a straight or a boat.

This does not look like a bluff at all to me, and I can't remember the last time that c/c flop, min c/r turn ended up being a bluff.

Therefore, maybe I should start bluffing like this more often.

maybe im reading too much into this then. because it looked like a bluff to me at the time, and it still does. if he's slowplaying a set on that scarier flop, why is he taking a stronger line when he now boated or quaded up? doesnt make any sense.

i could see small pair/straight draw doing this though.

its probably a good thing im posting this then, if my read is that terrible. cause my session earlier tilted me something awful.

Yeah, I suppose he could be getting cute with 77 or something, but I think the more likely scenario is that he has something huge, realizes you probably have an overpair since you raised pf and 2 barreled it, and wants your stack.

Gotta lay this if you still play like you used to.

He is sooo tight and he calls a raise from the SB. What is he supposed to have other than 22-TT,AQ,AJ ? Remove AQ,AJ,22 from his range on the turn , add some bluff possibility and what you take is :

Only my 2 cents...
