a HU question, and low content

i'm kinda sick lately, and been losing.

my question is what % of hands should i be raising from the button (small blind) hu.. what hands should i be folding.

(this is a 1/2 structure)

im sick and just wanna chill out and watch movie
what movies should i get?

I'll consider all recomendations, but something along the line of rounders, pool haul junkies, boiler room, matchstick men or anything like that would be great.

i'm just used to blind structures other than 1/2 so i was wondering which hands weren't +EV/ nuetral EV to raise from SB/button

i could be wrong but i think raising stuff like 23o in a 1/2 blind structure in a vacum is a loser
