Couldn't their feet get stuck in the holes mid-slide. Lol if this was put in wrong, surely there have been some 'incidents' on that hazard!?

When I was a kid we used to go to a park that had a traditional slide, except there was no platform to sit on at the top. Basically the steps came up to a bar, and the slide started descending immediately from the other side of the bar. If you put one foot on the slide it was really easy for one leg to start down the slide while your other foot was still on the top step. I hated that slide.
